We proudly ship to Singapore, the United States, Australia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, and many other destinations worldwide!

🚚 How long does delivery take?

Singapore 2–4 business days
Australia 7–14 business days
United States 10–21 business days
Middle East (UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia) 10–21 business days
Europe (Sweden, Norway, Iceland, other EU countries) 10–21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on customs and local postal services.

🔍 Is tracking included with my order?

Yes!
All RachGallery orders are shipped with tracking.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

✈️ Do you offer free shipping?

We offer FREE standard shipping within Singapore for orders above SGD 65!
The free shipping will automatically apply at checkout.

💖 Returns & Exchanges

❓ Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the nature of beauty and personal care items, all sales are final to ensure hygiene and product integrity.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect orders.

❓ What if my product is damaged?

Oh no! We're so sorry to hear that.
If your item arrives damaged, please email us at hello@rachgallery.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

While RachGallery is not liable for shipping carrier damages, we’ll do our best to review your case and offer a goodwill solution where possible.
