We offer FREE standard shipping for all Singapore orders above SGD 65!
This will be automatically applied at checkout — no code needed.


📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: During sale periods, launches, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.


🚚 Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We ship via trusted carriers such as SingPost, NinjaVan, and their international logistics partners.

Once an order has been dispatched and tracking information has been provided, RachGallery is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
  • Parcels lost in transit
  • Damage during delivery
