Due to the nature of beauty and personal care items, all sales are final to maintain hygiene and product integrity.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll be happy to review your case and assist where possible.
📩 How to Request a Resolution
If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us at hello@rachgallery.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
When reaching out, kindly include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your request promptly and respond with next steps.
📦 What Happens Next?
Once we review your case, we will get back to you with a proposed resolution.
Resolutions are offered at the discretion of RachGallery and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
🔁 Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before the order is dispatched.
As orders are processed quickly after payment, cancellation requests are not guaranteed. If a cancellation is approved after payment has been processed, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to cover payment processing and administrative costs.
Orders that have already been packed, dispatched, or specially sourced may not be eligible for cancellation.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Items not reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Any product showing signs of use
