How Preorders Work
Preorders help us bring you trending and harder-to-find beauty without asking you to wait for a local launch. Here is how each stock state works.
In Stock
Usually dispatched within 1 to 3 working days.
Fast Restock
We place the source order within one day. Estimated dispatch is 5 to 7 working days.
Sunday Preorders
Orders close every Sunday at 10pm SGT. We place the source order on Sunday night or Monday morning. Estimated dispatch is 3 to 4 weeks after the cutoff.
Limited Edition Launches
Limited launches may use a drop-specific cutoff instead of the weekly Sunday cutoff. The product page will show the applicable timing.
Mixed carts
If your order contains ready stock and preorder items, everything will ship together when the final item is ready. Please place a separate order if you need ready-stock items sooner.
Changes after payment
Once payment is complete, we cannot accept cancellations, shade changes, product swaps, order merging or split-shipping requests.
If an item cannot be sourced
If we cannot source an item, we will refund that item in full. If a suitable alternative retailer is available, we may email you with the option to continue. Please reply within 48 hours. If we do not hear from you, we will refund the affected item.
International orders
Our dispatch estimates cover the time until your order leaves Singapore. International delivery time begins after dispatch and varies by destination.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are handled separately from cancellations.
